The SuperDurable™ powder coat finish used has been developed and tested over many years to provide an extremely strong surface finish that offers slip resistance and UV stability. Due to excellent color retention there are no before and after color changes that can be typical with composite decking products.
A 35,000 psi aircraft grade aluminum extrusion is used to provide very high strength to weight capability and permits wider joist spans.
The hidden fastening system serves several key functions. The design of the clip correctly spaces the decking boards for a consistent gap and easy installation. The clip has removable legs to straddle the joist keeping the screw hole centered on the joist. The legs also keep the clip in place so it doesn't fall to the ground.
